Thus we are able to offer a Defects Insurance Guarantee for all works, the costs of which are included within our various prices. This DIG policy will be issued directly to you as our client from our insurers, it is a policy of indemnity for a period of 12 years from practical completion and can only be issued upon satisfactory payment of our account.
