We specialise in providing a full design and build basement package. We will be pleased to meet with you to chat through your initial thoughts and advise on what can be achieved. Following this we can, for a relatively small charge, design your basement both structurally and architecturally to ensure that it meets the needs of you and your family. Upon completion of the design phase, we will be able to provide you with the build cost for the works. We will help you with your design from initial ideas through to the illustrative drawings and you can rest assured that we will have costed for everything that you are likely to need.

Why consider building a basement?

Extending an existing cellar or making a complete new basement is now a feasible alternative to moving house. Remember, the expense of moving will include stamp duty, estate agents' fees, solicitors' costs and an endless list of other incidental charges. Then of course there is the additional cost in getting your new place just the way you like it, a new kitchen perhaps or new bathrooms and all the other general refurbishments.
